Mission & Vision

Strategic Plan 2025-2030

The Strategic Plan for 2025-2026 was developed by the DIS Board of Trustees, after many structured planning sessions with members of the Executive Leadership Team,  and members of the community at large. The plan was presented at the State of School Address on January 29, 2026. 

The Strategic Plan will be based on 5 Themes:

  • Theme 1: Academic Excellence and Innovation
  • Theme 2: Global Citizenship and Student Agency
  • Theme 3: Outstanding Talent and Empowerment
  • Theme 4: Community Engagement and Partnerships
  • Theme 5: Sustainable Growth
